Finance Director

Monitoring cash flow and overseeing budgets. Creating financial models, assisting with planning for the future and cash flow forecasting, budgeting, etc. Ensuring the company's financial systems are robust and support future growth. Leading the finance team and a sounding board and strategist for the CEO.


Collating all the data, i.e. organising and recording all financial transactions, producing balance sheets, income statements and other financial documents, as well as providing bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation.

Payroll Administrator

UK Only Calculator weekly / monthly pay, making payments to employees, deducting tax and NI payments and paying this to HMRC in accordance with HMRC deadlines, calculating holiday, sick and maternity pay and expenses. Processing of RTI submissions and issuing P45s and other tax forms.

Credit Controller

Responsible for collecting unpaid money from individuals or corporations who have failed to pay their invoices on time. Checking credit records and tracing missing debtors. Setting up repayment plans, maintaining customer files, starting legal proceedings if debts are not paid within agreed time, and liaising with solicitors / bailiffs.

Accounts Payables

Processing purchase invoices, ensuring prompt payments and recording financial details appropriately.

Accounts Receivables

Issuing invoices, endeavouring to ensure prompt payments and recording financial details appropriately.

Accounts Assistant

Manages online banking, including online payments and transfers, control and monitoring of expenditure and income, filing and archiving of financial information, assisting with accounting for income and reconciliation of bank statements, credit cards, etc. Overseeing accounts receivables and payables.

Personal Capital Coordinator

For personal financial management (only) i.e. not business related, which could be making payments, tracking income and expenditure, buying things on your behalf, organising your cashflow, forecasting for personal funds, etc. Essentially, creating strategies to help you achieve your personal goals.
